Not only are more and more people ignoramuses, more and more shamelessly broadcast this fact for all to see.br /br /Hitler was a National emSocialist/em. However, you define emconservative/em politically, it excludes all forms of socialism, an ideology that advocates a state-run (span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"statist/span) society. span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"Conservatism/span advocates a minimal state, private property, free markets, low taxation, and the rule of law based on traditional moral principles. Let us take just one item: Contempory liberalism is unabashedly pro-abortion--as is Obama. He wants abortions to be part of his socialized medicine, so that we all pay for them. So, apparently, Jesus is pro-abortion, since he is a liberal. This is a emreductio ad absurdum/em. Jesus said to care for "the least of these."
