As a passionate observer of the political scene, especially during a presidential election year, I sometimes feel compelled to give political analysis that does not fit the parameters for discussion at Catholics in the Public Square. So, I have set up another personal blog called Political Asides for that particular purpose at this link. I will continue to post items in Catholics in the Public Square that respect its particular focus. But now I can have an outlet for everything I want to say during these crucial times of heady decision-making, crisis, and opportunity.
